Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation
- Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund.
- After Dispatch: Orders that have been shipped cannot be canceled. You may instead initiate a return after delivery.
- How to Cancel: Email us at rupalkothari.rk14@gmail.com or WhatsApp us with your Order ID and reason for cancellation.
Note: Once an order is packed or shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. Refusal to accept delivery may lead to deduction of shipping or handling charges from the refund.
2. Return Window
You can request a return within 10 days from the date of delivery through our Returns Portal or by contacting our support team.
3. Eligibility for Returns
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
- Items should not be damaged, stained, or altered.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Innerwear, lingerie, socks, and other hygiene-sensitive products
- Custom-stitched, altered, or made-to-order items
- Products marked as “Final Sale” or purchased during clearance events
- Accessories such as jewelry, bindis, and handbags (unless defective)
5. Exchange Policy
- You can exchange a product for a different size or color (if available) within 10 days of delivery.
- If the requested size or color is unavailable, a full refund or store credit will be issued instead.
- Only one exchange is allowed per order.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp regarding the status of your refund or exchange.
7. Refund Methods
- Original Payment Method: Refunds to Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI within 3–7 business days.
- Store Credit: Instant credit issued upon approval, valid for 6 months.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund issued via bank transfer or UPI after return is processed.
8. Return Shipping
- Defective or Wrong Item: Return shipping is free (we will arrange pickup).
- Other Reasons (Size, Color, Preference): Return shipping may be charged at actual courier rates or deducted from the refund.
- If pickup service is unavailable in your area, you may self-ship the item to our warehouse, and we’ll reimburse standard shipping costs.
9. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order ID. We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund as applicable.
10. Partial Refunds
- Items returned late (beyond 10 days) may incur a 20% deduction.
- Missing tags, incomplete packaging, or visible wear may lead to partial refunds at our discretion.
11. Refund Delays
Refund times may vary based on your bank or payment provider. If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days after confirmation, please contact us, and we’ll investigate promptly.
12. International Orders
At present, we do not offer international returns or exchanges. Orders shipped outside India are considered final sale, except in the case of defective or incorrect items.
